Rachel Barese, P.E. is a 2004 graduate of Bucknell University with a BS in Civil Engineering. She is experienced in all of Civil Tec’s services and continues to expand her areas of expertise. Rachel brings expert knowledge, consistent professionalism and a fresh perspective to each project.

VICE PRESIDENT

Lawrence Torro, P.E.  has over 30 years of experience in Government, Commercial, and Residential Civil Engineering, as well as extensive experience in Project Management. His considerable Civil Engineering experience and management skills will keep your project running smoothly every step of the way.

Robert Rahnefeld, P.L.S. has joined Civil Tec as a partner. Robert is a licensed Land Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience in land surveying and construction layout. He is a seasoned veteran bringing his extensive background and experience to Civil Tec projects. In addition, he is a proud Vietnam Veteran and a volunteer EMT with the Pearl River Ambulance Corps.

 

William Shover, P.L.S. heads up our business development sector. William is a licensed Land Surveyor with extensive experience in land surveying and management.

In Memoriam:
JOSEPH HALLER, L.S.
(1952 – 2017)

Joseph Haller learned surveying from his father and had a storied career as a respected Land Surveyor spanning over 30 years. He was a member of the NYS Association of Professional Land Surveyors and held all offices of the Delaware-Hudson Land Surveyors Association, where he was a member and three-time past president.

Joe loved the Yankees, the Jets, The Beatles, and most especially, his family. 

We honor Joe’s contributions to our business and the industry. His presence is missed daily at Civil Tec and throughout the communities that we serve.
