We offer the highest level of expertise in delivering a full range of surveying services including boundary and topographic surveys, construction stakeout, as-built and final condition surveys, and right-of-way surveys. History
Civil Tec Engineering & Surveying, P.C. was founded in 2012 by Rachel Barese, Lawrence Torro, and Joseph Haller and is proud to be celebrating 10 years in business.
Civil Tec serves clients in the government, commercial, and private residential markets from their headquarters office in Rockland County and supporting offices in Orange County and the Capital region.
Certifications
Civil Tec is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) as certified by the New York State Department of Transportation, and a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) as certified by Empire State Development for the State of New York and the Port Authority of NY & NJ.
